please try this:
1. turn off your box
2. turn on your box put fingeron "Power Button" just under red light and hold till it flashes a few times
then it will tell you the ip of the box and you can then flash it from a browser

I'm experiencing issue in rescuing my DM900UHD box, as of Now it is not booting and stuck on fixed Red Light no display on oled screen.
PuTTY gives me the below:

it keeps repeating indefinitely
Please help to rescue my box.
for info I tried with Optiflasher software and it gets stuck on "DM900UHD Detected! " only...

Do you try put in recovery mode ?
The issue is that the box is not booting fully, or going to recovery mode either via finger on front redlight and not reacting to Telnet...
Box connected via lan cable with router?
You should get ip on your tv when box in recovery mode.
type this ip to web browser and upload clean image.

Please remove the HDMI cable from the box and try to get into the rescue again
It takes about 4 - 5 minutes until rescue, then about 4- 5 minutes again until IP appears on the display, so be patient
you have other power supply?
No change! unable to get to rescue mode...PuTTY gives the below
judging by what the receiver's startup log shows, take it to the radio equipment repair service center.. recovery will not help you. there can be many reasons, starting with the failure of one or more DC converters or the central processor on the board or memory chip

Sound's like your dreambox is died. The chipset is not connected at 100%
If you can still connect via Telnet then try entering the following commands via Telnet:
mount -i
mount -o remount,rw /
echo rescue > /proc/stb/fp/boot_mode
systemctl reboot
Thanks Team, for your support, just small addition; the box was working fun but after a power cut it got stuck in halfway sartup, and then afte r several attempts it ends up to this status...

I really wish to be able to sent some command via telnet using PuTTY, But Unfortunately the only log/screen from PuTTY is the below, it doesn't allow me to write anything!

You both don't understand how this program works. works..it it's one thing to log in via SSH via rs232 and compote, it's quite another when the receiver is running (you can see this in the receiver startup blog, which is not there), and you can work using the Telnet protocol -this is when the receiver receives an IP address
