I have a problem while Stream relay is enabled for 0960 that I cant watch the channels directly (not through Icam list).
For example Discovery channel (sd) still works directly on sat but if stream relay is enabled it decodes but no picture. Discovery channel icam then works ok.
Is there a setting to get both channels working ?

1. STB is single sat tuner - Gigiblue Trio 4k - with Open Pli 9.0
Also got same problem on VU+ Zero 4k with Open Pli 9.0
2. Am not sure where is that option. I can enable/disable stream relay from the Oscam web interface
3. Sat channels are scanned manually. Icam bouquet is provided from the service provider.
But Problem is on the sat channels not the Icam channels.
With Stream Relay enabled (0960) the sat channels on (0960) decode but picture is black. With Streamrelay disabled then they work fine.

You should choose "Play service without stream relay" option for problematic channels as seen in the pic (OpenATV), but I'm not sure whether it's implemented in OpenPLi yet.
I dont know if openpli ever implemented those changes to the Dev image, even though the idea actually came from the Pli team.
We had a whole long thread on it last year.....im pretty sure all the latest OE alliance images have that changes.

I dont want to go too far off topic here on the oscam thread, but i will say it is not an oscam issue, it is a channel list issue.

Try this, select a FTA channel like BBC1 and reboot your STB
Once rebooted Select discovery SD (the non icam channel you referred to)
Dose it clear ? Post your oscam log on that channel
Cant understand why oscam cant still try to give picture anyway.
Not sure how it works on OpenPLi, but if you have a "whitelist_streamrelay" file at etc/enigma, you can try to exclude channels that don't need to be streamed by deleting their service reference from that file.
May not be a very practical solution if you have many of them, but seems to be the only way as you don't have that menu option.
Might be easier if you install the PLi nightly/developer image. It will have the stream relay function. As well as being able to install an oscam that will decrypt the channels from the plugin server.
Edit: I forgot to mention, if installing the ipk you find for all images, on PLi you have to install libusb.
