Updating card

is it safe to update the card automatically (connected to the server +smargo)
or it is better to remove it from the card reader and put it in the s*y box?

what are the correct settings to update s*y uk ?

I am using a debian server

I downloaded

UK Oscam+CCcam2.1.3 config.rar  from http://linuxsat-support.com/oscam-configs-all-packages/3271-how-oscam-server-cardreader-cccam2-1-3-s%2Ay-uk-ipk.html

I changed the username/password/ports/card reader from internal to smartreader uploaded oscam instead of tuxbox into /usr/local/etc and cccam into /var/etc/

checked that the card oscam is working ok.

I created an fline with no restrictions F: user pass and a cline into the dreambox C:dns port user pass

i switched on the dreambox and left it on *** uk

1 -did i do everything ok?

2 -after how much will it update approx?
