    Could you please share the channel name, you may test other channels as well to confirm it is related to a specific channel or a common issue with all other channels in your case.

    I am glad to get the official attention to this problem On openatv, teletext subtitles will open ，DVB subtitles several seconds earlier which seems to be no problem. On openbh, teletext subtitles have no offset. The problem is that after openbh is restarted, teletext subtitles can no longer be opened.

    After repeated tests and comparisons, all teletext subtitle channels will open a few seconds earlier. DVB subtitles work normally. Thank you very much for this great work, I hope the official can improve it more and more

    For example, this channel seems to have both subtitle and teletext support, but subtitles are not available. Could you please check?

    Do you have the latest version of openBh as we have recently made new batch in openBh.

    The first troubleshooting you need to do is to switch off the AI Subtitle and ensure the original subtitle is visible, some channels are supporting subtitle but not all broadcasted programs have subtitles.


    If the original subtitle is showing and still AI is not working then we can do further investigation.

    Using the latest version of openBH image 5.4.1.010, the teletext subtitles have no offset. After shutting down and restarting, the teletext subtitles can no longer be opened. The AI plug-in is also closed and cannot be opened

    My device is Octagon sf8008 4k. I am using Openatv 7.5 version. I tested it for 15 days, but the subtitles were 1-2 seconds late, or 4-5 seconds ahead. I watch hbo movies on hotbird 13.E satellite. The subtitles were 4-5 seconds ahead. But my trial period is over now. I can't test it anymore.

    Please update your software image and our plugin to the latest version to keep using our service..
