without Serial Connection to your Box no chance to figure out where the problem of the box is

some haved problems with the Frontpanel after Disconnecting an Reconnecting they get back to life

but then most the displays stays off

Did you have another Power Supply to test it ???

some haved Problems if the Power Supply was not working well

Serial cable for Vu solo2/solo2 se /zero and 4k models have different pinouts. It doesnt have typical 2/3,3/2 ,5/5 connections . Google is the best friend to find out its connection. May be over forums I have already shared its diagram .

Fallow the procedure you will sure get the results.
