Hi,
my cable provider uses DVB-C and gives CI+ modules for decoding. All I know is a CI+ module with Irdeto. It works perfetcly fine with all CI+ capable TV's.
Is there a budget E2 box option that I could buy and the CI+ card would work?

No it have. Its the same thing. Also on My Dreambox 900 its says CI slot.
