You can flash other slots by using the online flash function within the team blue image, put an image on a usb stick and go into the system and i think its under menu, system, software, flash online. Green button to expand then follow the on screen instructions. You can also use the recover method below.

This is how to get into the recover mode

Recovery Mode:

you need to remove hard drive and and usb devices.

1. Shut down the box completely

2. Switch off the box using the switch on the back (de-energize)

3. Hold down the power button and switch the box back on using the switch on the back

4. Continue to hold down the power button

5. A timer appears in the display 3 ... 2 ... 1 - keep the power button pressed

6. After the timer has expired, recovery mode is started - the power button can now be released

7. An IP address appears in the display (usually assigned by the router via DHCP)

8. Type the IP address into any browser of any device (computer (desktop/laptop), smartphone, tablet, etc.).

9. Voila! Recovery mode started and entered successfully

Segui i vari passaggi della procedura e fino al 3-2-1 va tutto bene appena termina il conto alla rovescia sto caricando il setup e li blocchi con quella schermata. Follow the various steps of the procedure and up to 3-2-1 everything is fine as soon as the countdown ends I'm loading the setup and you block them with that screen. I tried a router via W-lan and via Lan but nothing moves from them (kept in that state for 20 minutes and I think the time was more than enough) The procedure is identical to that of the DM-920 except that with dreambox in recovery this goes without problems no (at least for me)

Make sure you have removed all usb sticks and hard drives then try again. What is does is gives you your ip address of your reveiver and then you go there via you computer like would do to get into the webif. The recover option is there.

Is it normal? the firmware l I put in the partition 1.non have errors or anything else and the image when it starts well without errors only this slow start

The team blue boot logo does appear on each image i have loaded when they first boot. That can be changed i believe but i have not done it yet. I am sure it does not take 5 minutes to load though.

Yes that is normal when reciever is first flashed from usb then that image that was used is the one that is displayed i,e, Teamblue, e.t.c any other images flashed into other slots example openatv will only display build image picture after initall first image flashed i,e Teamblue the second picture can be changing bootlogo.mvi in/ user /share folder.

You can flash an image that includes the manufacturer logo, this must be done by USB if you want. You can even leave out the other files and just include the splash.bin.

Yes I have done that before just splash bin in manufacturer folder or I may be wrong but even splash.bin file on usb.
