I also had that problem on my SF8008, I updated on top of a backup I made (Egami 10.6 R10) and for now it seems to have been solved.
This problem has been present in updates R11, R12, R13.

That problem has to do with the whitelist streamreay.

My picons are mainly usr/share/enigma 2 and on USB
I would advise, the next time one installs an image to remove the externals first, then mount them back.

If you have a DreamOS image in flash, I think you have to install the kernel module that I attach in flash in order to start a python3 image with barry allen
Edit: The kernel module I have attached is for dm920. The version for dm900 is the r0.175 that I add.
