So I wonder, have someone tried to Watch cable tv on Dreambox one ultra HD? I
Mean if you tried only using smartcard and CI+ helper plugin?
I Belive somebody knows on this big forum.

DreamOne doesn't have a CI/CI+, only DreamTwo,
So your only way is to use the smartcard with oscam, if it is supported.

True but it have a smart card slot. But I use tele2/com hem smart card. How can I know if my smartcard supports Oscam?

Check with google and other members could know about it, also the oscam reference site could give you some clues,

I have a Dream ONE Combo ... this has a native DVB-C tuner ! and I'm using
it with Oscam EMU on cable channels without problems ! On the other hand
you will not be able to use an external DVB-C device due to missing Kernel
software support ! I'm not sure but I think there is no Dream TWO with native
DVB-T2/C tuner .

Yes, there is no Combo box for DreamTwo (only Dual Sat, and CI), only DreamOne (Combo or Dual Sat, no CI).
