I can't get OpenWebIF working. Has anyone else this working?

Do you have the image installed in the receiver's flash memory or in Barry allen? If it is in flash memory, then replace the bin file from the archive and restart the enigma , the path is /usr/bin this is an open pli problem, they have a crooked binary file.

and if you use barry allen, there are a lot of actions that need to be done so that OpenWebIF is visible in plugins and an error does not pop up...how to do this was written somewhere in the topics 900 or 920..

Yes perfectly working... but when you use bad plugins, it will always corrupt things.

Lexzie is using Barry Allen. I use it also and have the same problem. Xtreamity and Barry Allen plugin are not working OK. Oscam however works perfect :-)

I can tell you the procedure and both plugins will work adequately on that image..

first, install the Mount Manager plugin from the ribbon,

open the mount manager plugin, when your media appears, click the menu, then click ok and confirm by clicking ok again, and restart the receiver

from the attachment in my previous message, take and replace the grab binary file

After pre-downloading the image of openpli-9.1-release-gbquad4k, unpack the archive and take one file as shown in the screenshot, you can also rename it as you like for convenience in the image selection section of the Barry Allen plugin..

yes, actually, you can take the gbquad4k image from the team that does not compile it builds for 900-920 and install it in barry allen..either gemma7 or GI ET-11000, but then you will not have a working display on the front panel of the receiver..

Only Xstreamity is giving a green screen. Plugin starts, shows playlist(s) but when selecting it crashes on module PIL.

Yeah sorry for that but I found this plugin at one time and installed it in OpenATV and it was present in Satpong. Never had to install extras. Worked always Plug and Play :-). Learning on the way by trying/sniffing/testing plugins and what they do.

yes, this is a feature of some images, including the open Pli, initially the team compiles the build with a minimum number of plugins and dependencies..you can compare the size of assemblies from different teams, the open Pli is the smallest size, I mean the official image and this build from toysoft

that's why you have to install everything locally.
