    Lets try again.

    Now get the correct url structure from xpcom.common.js file - so even more portals will load.

    Amended live preview for some /stalker_portal/c/ lines


    Stripped heavy verticals from titles for better TMDB matching.

    I don't call certain urls if I already got the data in my files - portal path / version / account info.
    First load of any new line will be slower. But faster on next loads.

    Changed the json file name to playlists-data-2.json - because old one will clash.


    I now strip out port 80 for http lines and 443 for https lines as the redirect without the port is causing some issues.

    beta v.0.21 kann mit einigen anbietern über Salidos "Portals" umgehen, einige laufen nicht tvwerk/ares/zen/max, die laufen aber direkt im estalker.
    dark und jin laufen sowohl über Portals als auch direkt im estalker. also im grunde Perfekt.

    eine Frage= ist es eigentlich möglich wie im Bouqetmaker sich die bouquets direkt als senderliste zu speichern und gleich den epg im epgimporter rein zu machen?
    evtl ist das was für spätere implementierung?

Beta v.0.21 can handle some providers via Salido's "Portals." Some don't run tvwerk/ares/zen/max, but they run directly in estalker.
Dark and jin run both via Portals and directly in estalker, so basically perfect.

One question: Is it actually possible to save the bouquets directly as a channel list, like in Bouquet Maker, and then import the EPG into the EPG Importer?
Perhaps that's something for later implementation?

    Hi, just asking if others are getting good epg as I am testing 14 different providers but do not get much returned if anything. I am only checking UK Categories on General/Entertainment TV. This is not a complaint as I know it is still a WIP but do not see anyone else mentioning it. I am using a vu+solo4k on openatv 7.6 and Egami 10.6-r15 images.

    Correct me if I am wrong. But you are not in the UK any more are you.
    So makes me think there is a mismatch in your timezones.

    I am getting your local timezone from this file. etc/timezone. This timezone is what is getting passed to the epg call.
    i.e Europe/London

    Most of my UK categories are quite full with epgs.

    But then again a lot of stalker portals are russian or arabic. They might not care about UK epgs :)

    Yes, I am in Asia but my box is set to UK/London as its time zone, do I need to change anything else? Early days I know but do you think there will ever be a way to use jediepgxtream to link epg as per bouquetmakerxtream in the future?

    I have an interesting problem.


    I use EPGImport installed from the official feeds.

    I would like to use the option "Load EPG only services in bouquets" ( with it my EPG file is 10MB - without it it is 60MB )


    I can enable the option, save the settings, close the plugin, reopen it and it is saved and works as it should.

    After rebooting the box or the gui, the setting "config.plugins.epgimport.import_onlybouquet=True" in "etc/enigma/settings" file dissapears ...

    All the other "config.plugins.epgimport" lines are present in the "etc/enigma/settings" file

    config.plugins.epgimport.filter_custom_channel=false

    config.plugins.epgimport.longDescDays=4

    config.plugins.epgimport.wakeup=5:30


    I set it to ON in the EPGImporter plugin, press save and exit, then if I use the command "init 2" from telnet the ""config.plugins.epgimport.import_onlybouquet=True" line is present in the "etc/enigma/settings" file but it dissapears after "init 3" command / reboot / restart GUI


    The reason I write in this topic is :


    Gradually after manny reinstalls and installing my addons one by one from scratch, reboots and checks found the addon that triggered this problem ( at least for me ) - is EStalker ... i tried all the versions of it ( since I collected them since it was developed ) - and all produce the above problem - in my case.


    Removing EStalker from OpenATV 7.5.1 / OpenATV 7.6 Beta / PurE2 7.4 salves this isue for me.

    This is very unfortunate, because I use EStalker daily :(


    Could anyone confirm this ? Thank You.

    if I'm not mistaken, you've already been answered by Papi2000 in atv forum.

    You can't put all the configs of all the plugins in a settings file, it would be really boring.

    This is what Papi2000 wrote on this subject on ATV forum :

    If "config.plugins.epgimport.enabled=True" is the default value of the plugin, when nothing is declared, then the entry in the /etc/enigma2/setting would be obsolet. If it is not done like that, there must be an error in the plugin when the variables are set for the startup.


    In the /etc/enigma2/setting should only values be stored, that differ from the standard initial values, or defined changed values. Nothing else should be stored there, to keep things simple.


    In your case, the plugin dev may have a look into his plugin?

    I wrote here seeking for some advice or help, because I detected the "wrong" behavior of EPGImport plugin only after installing EStalker on my SF8008 box using different images. The "problem" is reproduced every time on a fresh image installation, ading only EPGImport and EStalker.

    My logic points me to ask here first, since all the images that I tried, use different version of EPGImport from official feeds, and my "problem" occurs regardless of the image that I try.

    I must add that on my AXAS HIS 4K Combo I use PurE2 7.4 with all the same addons / bouquets / settings as on my SF8008, and on that box this "problem" is NOT present ...

    There is actually no reason for this in estalker.
    But it is in my other plugins like xstreamity, xklass and BMX. (That option needs to be false for those plugins)

    If you use any of those plugins, just look in the plugin.py file and delete those lines if they causing you issues.

    For those people that keep checking in on this thread.

    I am still working on this. In fact I have spent nearly a week fixing this.
    I have managed to get nearly all lines green apart from the ones that block you if you make one wrong call.

    I just got a problem child - one that I have had working before. But is the only one going red at the moment.

    I am just stepping through all 20 previous releases to see when this one worked.

    Then I will do a new release. Unless I find my eureka moment in the next hour. Its probably going to be tomorrow.
