Create a folder named dvbapiNET in the C:/programdata directory, add the dvbapiNET file to it, and enter the port value 11500.

I have two satellite dishes, but I don't have the chance to test Türksat and Hotbird satellites; if I did, I would have solved the problem. You need to configure your settings correctly; it should solve it.

After compiling with OScam dvbcsa, I did not encounter any errors with the command `oscam-2.26.06-11965-802@dd703725-x86_64-pc-cygwin.exe-libusb-libdvbcsa.debug`.

If there's a mistake, tell me and I'll correct it.

I forgot to mention, you create an OScam folder on your desktop, and then you put the .exe file with the file extension ete/tuxbox/config and the dll files into tuxbox.
