please run this diagnostic script on your OpenATV box, preferably right after the crash happened again.

Copy the script to /tmp and run:

sh /tmp/openatv_collect_pvr_softcsa_crash_info.sh

The script will create a .tar.gz archive, usually under /media/hdd.

Please send me that .tar.gz archive afterwards.

The script is focused on PVR recording / SoftCSA / descrambling crashes. It collects crash logs, system logs, image and box information, Enigma2/package/library versions, DVB/PVR state and recording-related information.

It does not copy SoftCam keys and it does not copy /etc/tuxbox/config.

Please also tell me:

- Did the crash happen during a scrambled PVR recording?

- Was SoftCSA used/enabled?

- Which channel/service was recorded?

- Was live TV running at the same time?

- Does the crash also happen with a free-to-air recording?

Hello everyone, is there anyone who can help me or tell me where the issue is? I’ve had a Dreambox 2 for a few years. I’ve never really found a truly stable image, and now I’ve tried OpenATV 7.6. The sound works. I always had a sound problem before with the other one, but now the sound works, everything is fine. The problem is that I have freezes on the channels. It works a bit, but it cuts out. Meanwhile, on my other box, the Vu+ 4K, with the same version of OSCAM, I have no freezes. So can you tell me if the problem is with OSCAM or if it’s in the image I should change?

The problem is present on the dm920. I think I mentioned it earlier. I haven't installed any additional skins, but I set the default to "Full HD."

I would like to point this out if it might be useful. I just installed the image for the day, June 5th, and the colors are okay.
