On June 1, 2026, sound was working with the OpenATV 8.0 image on the TTNET provider package. Sound did not work with OpenATV 8.0 images released after this date. The frequencies are 11789 H 20000 3/4 8psk and 11853 H 25000 3/4 8psk.

As of 01.06.2026, an audio malfunction has been observed in OpenATV 8.0 images in the TTNET provider package. No audio problems were observed in previous versions released before this date.

2. Affected Service

Provider: TTNET

Package: TTNET broadcast package

3. Affected Frequencies

11789 H 20000 3/4 8PSK

11853 H 25000 3/4 8PSK

4. Observations

The audio loss occurs only on the specified frequencies.

There were no audio problems in previous images.

The problem started with images released after 01.06.2026.

It is requested that codec and packet compatibility checks be performed on the affected images and that corrective measures be implemented to resolve the OpenATV 8.0 audio issue.
