Hello dear administrators and friends, I have encountered a problem that unfortunately I only noticed in the last 3 to 4 months since I bought the Dreambox One 4K. Maybe this late discovery was because I was busy installing software and other things on the Dreambox One. My problem is that when I connect the Dish Offset antenna wire, which is an Invert Black Ultra LNB, to the Dreambox 7020HD that I already had, for example, the signal quality of the 11449 Hotbird frequency is 11.1 dB or 69 percent, while when I connect the antenna wire to the Dreambox One 4k without making any changes, the signal quality of this frequency is 9.50 dB or 59 percent. Unfortunately, the same problem exists in other frequencies, in all directions, which has caused the networks and channels to crash and freeze the image and sound. This problem exists in both free and paid channels. It's really a big problem because considering the money I spent to buy the Dreambox One, if there is such a weakness in the Dreambox One tuner and this difference in its tuner with the Dreambox 7020HD, I really made a big mistake in buying the Dreambox One.
