VU+ Duo USB Flash Process

✅ Preparation

• USB Stick: Minimum 128MB, formatted to FAT32
• Firmware: Download your preferred VU+ Duo image (USB version)

📂 Step 1 — Folder & File Setup

1. Format USB to FAT32 on your computer
2. Create a main folder named: vuplus
3. Inside vuplus, create a subfolder named: duo
4. Extract the USB upgrade files directly into the duo folder

📌 Note: Ensure extracted files include boot.bin, kernel_cfe_auto.bin, and root_cfe_auto.jffs2

🔧 Step 2 — Start Flashing Process

1. Power off your VU+ Duo (rear switch)
2. Insert USB stick into the front USB port
3. Power on the VU+ Duo

📺 Step 3 — On-Screen Instructions

• The receiver will automatically detect the USB firmware
• Follow on-screen prompts to begin flashing
• Do not remove USB or power off during the process

🔴🟢 Step 4 — Monitor Progress

✅ Step 5 — Completion

1. Once flashing finishes, remove USB stick
2. Receiver will boot into Enigma2 setup
3. Configure language, network, and settings as prompted

⚠️ Important Notes

• Ensure correct folder structure: /vuplus/duo/ with files inside
• Use original USB image files — not ZIP/RAR archives
• If flashing fails, reformat USB and verify file integrity

I assume that if you have a solo you substitute 'duo' for 'solo' in line 3 ???
