Could be a few issues?
If it is regular is it an reboot script...but doesnt look that way
Have you got a MaxLogsize reference in any of you Oscam files? You can set it so that when the log file reaches a certain size it restarts?
Could be a restart on a crash script?
Look at your logs and see what happens before and after it restarts, any reference to error, max log, crash e.t.c
Just wondering if its restarting
I did the server for him and there are no scripts and log size is set to 1000 its setup exactly the same as mine as in configs etc no scripts are running either
that puts to bed those theories then
System logs in /var/log should give you an idea why the server is crashing.

Looks like the oscam.srvid file has too many service id`s, remove this file, restart oscam and see if the error is still in the log.
copy paste this in either ssh winscp or webif all the ways i have shown you how to do it :)
never mind lol forum ### out bits lol
i have updated oscam.srvid and i dont see the same error anymore
i just wanted know is this normal i see this in the log file now

Looks normal to me, the " can't open file " you see in the log is nothing to worry about, it`s looking for three differant oscam files that you don`t use in your config.
