Which version of mgcamd and what image are you using on the DUO ?

You can try installing mgcamd 1.38 from the plugins feed on your image or TSPanel.
Did you change the boxtype to dreambox in mg_cfg or is it still autodetect ?
Start mgcamd from softcam manager instead of using telnet, in Menu -> Setup -> SoftCam / CI

I cant find mgcamd 1.38 either on the tspanel or in the plugins feed. I try to find a download package and install it manually

I decided to start all over, and install blach hole1.7.7 rev B .
Do I need to install tspanel manually, since iam not able to find it anywer in the download on the box?

No I`s working.
I innstalled the oscam-mgcamd138 ipkg, and put inn all youre configs and viola!! I can se from both cards..
Annother question before i stop asking U :)
can i add a connect mgcamd to another server as well? its the same provider, but we have different channels::!

If you mean share each others cards then yes you can.

No, mgcamd will always choose the fastest N line, which will be your card as its being shared on your own network.
