Use Oscam as emu , edit the oscam.server file with the protocol, device / Hostname - Port, account and password from the N or C line.
C: myserver.homelinux.com 12000 username password
N: myserver.homelinux.com 12000 username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14[reader]
label = cccam_server
enable = 1
protocol = cccam,newcamd
device = myserver.homelinux.com,12000
account = username,password
cccversion = 2.0.11
cccmaxhops = 3 # dont use higher than 3 !!!
group = 1
inactivitytimeout = 1
reconnecttimeout = 30
keepalive = 1You can also use this tool, http://linuxsat-support.com/os…ght=cccam+oscam+converter

this looks more like the oscam user file than the sever file options

Running SatStation-E2-Prerelease.beta.171112 image.
Emu is Oscam 7884 setup for usr/keys directory.
Cccam configured in above format and saved to oscam.server in that directory.Still not working. Any files missing?

why is this thing so blooming hard.....
All I want to do is add a line to the box.....
I've spent hours on something thats normally so simple.
-
lets look at the oscam.server reader setup above:
[reader]
label = cccam_server
enable = 1
protocol = cccam,newcamd
device = myserver.homelinux.com,12000
account = username,password
cccversion = 2.0.11
cccmaxhops = 3 # dont use higher than 3 !!!
group = 1
inactivitytimeout = 1
reconnecttimeout = 30
keepalive = 1some versions of oscam use the "account" line as seen above. In other versions you have two separate lines:
user = user1
password = password1you should check the default oscam.server that come instaled with oscam.
this is working for me:
# remote CCcam reader[reader]
label = remote4
enable=1
protocol = cccam
device = adress,door (separated by a coma)
user = user4
password = password4
group = 4
caid = 0400
cccversion = 1.2.34 -

Alan H, copy your Oscam.server file to location /var/tuxbox/config - then restart your cam
