Windows pc dvb s2 sat card

  • I have a cheap satellite tv card in my pc (windows) -


    What is the best program/plugin or rather what do people recommend?

  • Ive read that, but was also thinking software wise, dvbdream, progdvb or something else?


    is Acamd the only plugin for sat cards? (doesn't seem too much of a problem really, just wondering whats out there)

  • Mediaportal is good, and you can use a program called 4therecord for recordings - works rather like the Autotimer function on E2 receivers. You might want to consider windows' own 7MC - but (as far as I would imagine) you will have no support for softcams in that!

    If I take a while to respond, you can see why.....
