Windows pc dvb s2 sat card

    I have a cheap satellite tv card in my pc (windows) -


    What is the best program/plugin or rather what do people recommend?

    Ive read that, but was also thinking software wise, dvbdream, progdvb or something else?


    is Acamd the only plugin for sat cards? (doesn't seem too much of a problem really, just wondering whats out there)

    Mediaportal is good, and you can use a program called 4therecord for recordings - works rather like the Autotimer function on E2 receivers. You might want to consider windows' own 7MC - but (as far as I would imagine) you will have no support for softcams in that!

    If I take a while to respond, you can see why.....
