can sly 28.2 be received in France, mate who is lenfing me his apartment thinks he has a disg facing astra and I wanted to test it

thanks sync, seems that most of what i want can be achieved with a 60cm dish, can anyone confirm that they share with a share in south/mid france and its sucessful with the BB etc:

As you know I´m in Spain ,,just like some other users and have no probs to pick up everything on 28.2º ,
you will need from an 80+ cms dish to get the hardest freqs in mid/south France..
ask your friend which astra as c+france is on astra 19.2º not 28.2º.... it can easily be adjusted...so not a prob...
