iv got a ***box f3 dead needs reflashing by r232

i have got a dead f3 box no lights on am tring to fix it by Flash Using Serial RS232 Null modem Cable and the right program and new firmwhere have tried difrent timing with switching box on it conects then get stb memore erer a bit after.

have tested on a working box and all works fine so know set up working ok.
