Troubles with smargo and oscam

    Hello everyone,


    I'm trying to install a brand new server on an old pc.
    I installed correctly debian, oscam and everything works with remote servers.


    Now I'm trying to install cardreaders.


    This is my reader configuration:

    But all I get is:

    You haven't changed the device format to what GeorgeXL suggested in post #2

    If I put protocol = smartreader and restart oscam, the error message is "smartreader protocol not supported".


    If I put protocol = smargo it starts but it doesn't work giving me:

    You have it still set to device = Serial:Reader 207

    You are using the wrong paramters

    The Protocol Line should be Smartreader but i know you tried that and it didn't work!


    Just try again as that's what it should be and is in my settings lol

    You should get something like the following in the log if all goes well?

    Have you restarted the server ? Go to "scan usb" again, maybe the serial & reader are different now.
    I don't know why you get the error "smartreader protocol not supported" , that is how it works for me.
