dream elite 4.0 problem

    Dear friends
    For a couple of weeks now I am gtrying to flash dream-elite 4.0 OE 2.0 and I am confronting the following problems
    1) I can't download from dream elite server
    2) I used the extra url from your site but still I can't download anything
    3) I installed mgcamd138 mg_cfg manually but I don't have picture or sound
    Any suggetion will be welcomed
