Running 2 instances of oscam on 1 debian server

Make new directories for your config files and call them etc1 and etc2 and put your config files there. Copy your oscam file to oscam1 and oscam 2 and start with command like this
/usr/local/bin/oscam1 -b -c /usr/local/etc1/oscam.conf/
and repeat for oscam2.

I have mine setup like this,

Have 2 binaries in /usr/local/bin

Named

oscam
oscam.12

I then made a new folder in /usr/local/etc

called configs1

then edit my rc.local

sudo nano rc.local

and enter

sleep 30
/usr/local/bin/oscam -b -c /usr/local/etc
sleep 2
/usr/local/bin/oscam.12 -b -c /usr/local/etc/configs1 -t /tmp/.oscam.12

which makes the second oscam, oscam.12 look for its configs in /usr/loacl/etc/configs1

your first oscam will have its configs in /usr/local/etc as normal

This is the config from my raspberry pi it works ok but not really tested it over a long period of time

Not too sure to be honest mate, I had a little help in setting this up a long time ago, I know it works though lol

I think oscam needs some sort of file making in the temp file to run? I think thats what it creates.

It creates oscam.pid and oscam.version file.It works Ok.But I tried to make 3 instances of oscam on rasphberry and no luck so far.I have it on pc(debian) and runs for 3 months without problems.But I wanted to change it for rasphberry(fans on PC are really annoying+energy saving).Anyone tried this with success.
