Cacheex 3 no hits at all help needed

heres the cacheex stats

as you can see its working but no hit even if i change the cps wait time to 300 it still doesnt get any hits

They connect and send the cache but for some reason no hits even if I take the card out it still don't use the cache

I no the cps wait time is wrong but no matter what I set it to still no hits
