Find the picture you want (jpg) & re-size it to 1280x720, then use this tool to transfer it to you box as bootlogo.

Any free image editor will do this, paint.net is really good ( link below)

Just open your image, click on image at the top then resize in the drop down menu.
Enter the required size then save.
