single channel scan

Hi there,
some of my channels have been moved recently...ie the racing Channel......i want to keep my vu duo as is for the moment rather than completing a full scan.
is there some way that i can scan for individual channels...i am running BH 1.7.9.
Apologies if this was asked before as i am unable to source it here,also it was late last night when i attempted to sort this but failed.

Thanks for that master g...i tried that last night but for soem reason it didnt work....as i said earlier it was late so i possibly made a hash out of it....at work now so will try it again either later today or tomorrow.
