please help how can i get vix feed on my vix 3.0 i cant downloadd

It is because the feeds are down for maintenance.

Just need to try later.

in the last hour i have been able to download from the plugin menu, feeds must be back online

It is working now here - the feeds are unstable and you have allowed yourself to bypass this as you said.

Does it actually say anything when you try to access the feeds? Is your receiver connected to the Internet?

It sounds like wrong DNS m8.. Run network test & report back
Main Menu / Setup / System / Network / Device Setup / Network Test

Very Strange... Can you update image from telnet?

init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 6

then try feeds again...

Start a telnet session and run the opkg update command then post back the results.

Log into your Solo using VU+ Control Centre (Google "VuCC_V0.6"), then click on telnet & copy & paste command

no dont try to update the image just yet just try the

opkg update

part of the command. I have a idea as to whats wrong but will need to see the output of

opkg update

first to confirm my suspicions.

so i'm assuming you did not flash the image your self but instead used a backup ?. if thats the case try flashing it again or flash a virgin state image if possible to see if the problem still persists.

also the thing i was looking for is not present ( i was looking to see of you had a wget error ) as this could mean your receiver has become infected with a virus specific to linux, something that is becoming more and more common for those who are not securing their systems properly after forwarding ports etc.
