Pls use New firmware of X5 and X5 PRO model, go to Menu-> Edit Channel -> Load/Save DB,
it will come DB_Default(0000000x).binin USB memor, pls edit this one.

This tool is a load of bo**ox, I have have just spent hours sorting all the channels for it to tell me it can't save and get these messages.
