Very odd, I did a fresh install on my VU+ as it was getting buggy. I added all my OSCAM settings back slowly, updating any issues. Now all my users exist but are 'offline'.
I did change my IP on the box from .104 to .103, but I've made the required changes on my router to open up for sharing.
Unless I've made some obvious mistake, I can't see any problems:
