Flashing image problem

    Hi guys i have gigablue 800UE, just bought it few days ago and i want to upgrade fw. I folllow instractions, format usb with hp tool but after i connect to reciver upgrade wont start, i tried couple usb sticks and its a same. Is there any other possibility for flashing new image? ty!

    i did all that and the image didnt start flashing, but when i pressed ok on front panel and hold it while power on, installation started and i succesfully instaled latest vix image. So if flashing wont start press and hold OK button on reciver, not remote.
