Why would you not want to use it? Not much info that I've seen but there's bits and pieces lol you could try and set up and try share card see if it clears

If you are not bothered about your card receiving the new hw pairing rendering all premium channels defunct permanently in 3rd party equipment then yes use it.
No RF tuner AFAIK so if you have a distribution system with magic eyes its not much good
is there anyway to order this? It's not on the website
