Ok I want to change pass.user in the following Cccam and Oscam
Cccam is just a case of logging in Cccam through DCC and the edit web info and telenet to what I want
WEBINFO USERNAME :
WEBINFO PASSWORD :
TELNETINFO USERNAME :
TELNETINFO PASSWORD
And then is the same in Oscam

As already been answered you can certainly do that.I just want to add some note that can help you in case you want to block completely the access to it.
For this reason i copy paste for you a part of the default config file that comes with CCcam packs...

...by removing the # in the begining of the line.Doing so you block the access.

Ok chaps
I've gone into Cccam to change PW for webif and telin same with oscam
but when I go to web browser to see if PW have changed they haven't and I have to log in with default 1s
what am I doing wrong
Are you saving the edited version of your cfg files? and also are you restarting the cams afterwards?
yes bud and then I restart the box then when I go to web browser try to log in I cant
