installed ubuntu and oscam but got problem

i have just freshly installed ubuntu and oscam on my pc using omnikey. everything is running ok but oscam problem getting card status

can someone help me with this ive tryied everything

yes ive install omnikey readers using that tut. i install oscam using the tut in pc server tuts. got oscam web interface. this is the error i get. and thanks for you reply's much appreciated
