Blocking Fake/Old cards?

    Does anyone have an upto date list of providers I can add to my CLines to stop accepting all fake and old cards?


    I've recently got a CLine off a guy who claimed to have Local Ab Sat, but his server showed no local card.
    He said his card/box was playing up and he'll sort it.
    Today his local appears, but just as 611:0 and i'm not too sure if it's genuine or not.
    Plus he has alot of Hop 2 Ab Sat(Old) idents.


    Blocking all fake/old cards automatically would give me a better view of what he's got.

    Adding long lists at the end of clines will slow your server down, limit what you receive to the lowest hop possible but the only way to be sure of who are sharing with is to test their card before you agree to exhange. As for your Absat peer,tell them in the most polite way possible to f*ckoff if they had a card it would show and you would be able to test it. If they do have a card and its not working then they should not be replying or advertising full stop.

    I only take Hop 1 & 2 and might start blocking Hop2 cards that I have on Hop1.
    I believe it's easier to set cccam.cfg to accept the cards you want rather than reject all fake/old/duplicate cards.
    Does anyone have a list of what to accept so you cover everything?
    I personally only really watch UK Sky and any other sat cchans that have footie, but obviously those I share with will want a selection also.

    Can I use GLOBAL LIMITS in cccam.cfg to block cards?
    The explanation in the cfg explains about using it to not pass on certain cards, but what about global limits to not recieve certain cards?
