Csp swap fixed cardservproxy.jar

    try use csp r251 after done clear your cookies and reboot your server once.

    High ecms are nowt to do with swapped csp, people may seen 8 second pauses on certain channels seeing flags FR R so i added a newer feature to block remote cache sid by sid so for EG BoxNation when people was having issues my own F in csp was fine ALL R - Remote BoxNation was dropped from cache so this only leaves L - Local cache :) = no pause

    Update since swap released iv added to csp

    Remote cache filter of sids via proxy.xml, add to config sid using decimal like below ALL ssp 1 are blocked from remote cache and also boxnation when active i get in events
