Movie channels not working in oscam

Hi, I'm new to oscam, set it up with my original *** card but it wouldn't work because it was paired. So ordered an old Thompson box, plus a multi room card. This card seems to be working, all HD channels now clear, but my movies won't. Am I missing something?

Im running Oscam r9524 on Ubuntu Server, currently I'm connecting as user "a" directly to oscam, all HD is clearing fine, my movies don't clear, i don't have the sports package to test if they clear. Im using a GemPC Twin card reader.

BTW I'm getting channel not subscribed in oscam when trying to watch a movie channel

Thanks for helping, how do I know if I have entitlements, is that the ECM?, if so i have "Clients 1/1 (1 with ECM within last 25 seconds)" in OScam. Im not subscribed to sports, but I do have the movie package. I'm clearing *** 1 HD, which i didn't get with my old configs. Ive only started the server with the new configs an hour or so ago, does it take time to get my entitlements?

Also under CCcam, when I go to entitlements there isn't anything there.

Unfortunately that didn't work, is 16 entitlements normal? I'm not subscribed to sports, i get HD fine, i.e. *** HD 1, but Movies Premiere HD doesn't work but movies Premiere SD is working

When i paired it, they asked for me to check the chains on the ***box, movies worked so i was happy, but the card was probably in the thompson box for less than 3 mins. should i repair it?

Thanks stevejo, put the card back in, movies didnt clear, called *** and now everything is working. 1 question, just added 3D vis there website, will the card update from oscam, or do i need to put the card back in the thompson box?
