need help to set-up my router??

need help set up my router
been use a netgear router all was set up to watch my card from my server to another dreambox room all was ok
till last week *** send me a new Sagem router.. now can't share my card to another box room the C line from the server is there but nothing go through
been check now for two days the set up can't make up where i go wrong...

is there any one direct me in the right direction how the devil i can set up this router??

just had a look he is a *** Broadband Sagemcom in box don't state any model at less you want the serial number

just went in on setup don't say what model it is...how the devil i can found out the model???

did check this can't found any details!! normally on my netgear the model was there
on this one just can't found any model.. don't know if this can help just got a paper from the box..
saying product name MODEM/router Sagem FAST 2304 *** hope this can help

did open a port work ok for outside my house...but is with-in my house the problem!!

got my own card on my server and on my second drambox which is on another room i haven't change anything
got a F line on my server and a C line on my second box they use to work ok with my netgear

since i change the new Sagem router the problem raised with-in my house...is ok i can share outside my house...

any more tip will be appreciated as my son give me head heck..
