blank menu

hi one and all good forum I've leant so much so far !

BUT......

i have a small problem i've been downloading skins to see which ones i like etc etc anyway i selected one to try then the trouble started which ever key i presto access the menus , info, egp, etc i just get a blank menu so i cant change it back to the previous skin i had

can i access the skins folder using ftp ? if so where would i find it ?
