And where is my mistake????.... 2.0.9.1 is online if you have already 2.0.9 flashed already in box...
Mutiboot is something else, is for flashing other image or blachole from hdd or usb...
But for understand all these terms you must read first

3rd down the list is online bh image update
press OK it will ask you if you want to update it.

Is this what you say is possible if I have BH 2.0.4 installed and running on my Vu Duo

No buddy.. you cant update from BH 2.0.4.
In your case you need to do a fresh install .
Updating images is only possible from the root image 2.0.9 to 2.0.9.1
