Cant flash from USB

Hi all,

Tried updating my Duo to the latest Vix firmware (Zeus).

For some reason my Duo (Origional) wont flash from any USB. Ive looked around and tried all the solutions such as different USB`s, ports and even tried a different image such as Blackhole but for some reason nothing happens. And I have checked the file structure is correct!, Vuplus, Duo, files.

On the rear port for a second you can see the message reading usb but it only lasts a second and then the Vu carrys on with starting until the machine has booted.

Any ideas what I can do?

Thanks guys, reinstalling a backup undid what ever was wrong, now able to use my usb again!
