What receiver & image have you got buddy, please give as much info as possible....

These "duplocate" channels are usually regional variations..
Use a channel editor to sort it out..
i would load cats-eye channel list and edit your channels in dream box edit, and edit your entertainment favorites to include your local channels.
I then just scan my cable channels and also edit them in dream box edit
Just use ABM does all the hardwork, choose region in settings. Can auto update buy any adjustments you make and additional lists (favs etc) will be lost when it updates
