How much signal are you getting on both?
Sorry, just read your other thread and 48% on 28.2 at your location would indicate a bad installation, or could be wrong lat/long. Find your location on google maps and use those for your tuner setup. If that fails to work along with MasterG's suggestions, I'd be giving your sat engineer a call back, especially if you paid for the installation.

im now getting 99% on 28.2e and 73% on 19.2e and the rest 0% after changing the long/lat.

Hi mate,
to properly check if you are on the clarke belt you need to track more sat in the east position....and make sure you get the maximum signal
then also try west sats as well,at lease 3 or 4
If you are able to get all the sats in 1line from east-west without altering the azimuth, then you are on the clarkebelt, try doing a fine tuning to optimise the signal quality -
it seems to me that it is not set up properly a motorized dish should be set up on thor 1 west so you should at least have that satellite as well.
who set up your dish for you, yourself or an installer
if you, a bit of reading up is required to set it up correctly
if an installer did it get him back he doesnt seem to know what he is doing
if set up right on thor all satellites in arc 30 west - 42 east should get a signal ok depending on dish size
good luck m8 there are lots of people on here to give you some help if you need it -
hi guys, just want to let u all know that the aligning was done by the eng and all my sats working now. thanks a lot for ur help.
