tuner failed

hi im having intermitent problems with frequency 12552 v 22000 5/6
i watch boxnation a lot it freezes and sometimes off alltogether it can be fine for days then goes
all the other channels on that frequency are the same
it doesnt matter what skin or if its enigma or spark
ive tried rescan on auto bouquets and when its off and it doesnt resolve
i also have various nlines from friends and they are all the same so im counting that out

can anybody help?
