was thinking of buying an arriva 103 but was wondering are the cams stable now before i read of freezing issues

Freezing can be caused by a number of factors, server,internetetc. Not normally the cams.
I would think about buying something else which can generate an epg though.
It would cost a bit more but well worth it in my opinion. -
