channel not subscribed

Anyone else getting issues clearing sports channels or have a fix for this?
I am subbed to sports but channels wont clear for me.

CARDOK (14 entitlements)

any help with this issue would be fantastic!

Think there was only ever 14 entitlements on the card, it never updated in reader so I had to do a callback with the card in original receiver.
Going to cancel whole lot haha

Ya I think so :( Might try pair it will an older box and see what happens. will post back my progress

No normal SD channels, have everything except sports and movies, card is only subbed to sports and racing uk but sports dont clear, racing uk does
