As the title says would like to know how to change or keep my oscam.srvid file up to date, can i use kingofsat etc or is there a tool? Surely if this goes out of date it affects services file and can block wrong channels etc???
Any easy way to make your own oscam.srvid file? How often do they change?

Load the latest Enigma2 setting like Catseye into dreamset and make a bouquet that has your channels only, then load this bouquet into CCcam SID Assigner v0.6.0 by B16MCC.
This will create up to date SID`s for your channels.

I think i have done this for oscam.services but that will only process the SID's how do i then match them to the channel for display in oscam webif eg :
0963:0EE6¦BSlyB¦Sly Action HD¦

You will need to have the latest CCcam channelinfo to get up to date SID`s.
Tutorial : Convert CCcam channel info to Oscam.srvid for channel names in webif .

Cool Thanks thats the very fella ....

All srvid's up to Today
Remember over 2000 srvid's may influence ecm times and risk high cpu!
So take out only those you really need.RelookPvr

Just to confirm the above file does not work in oscam : format must be :
0963,0961:0EDC|SlyUK|Eurosport HD
file is good but needs lots of editing!
-
More than likely it needs altering if you look at the date of it..
Q: ¿ why add the 0961 to the line if its outdated???
just out of curiousity...

This file is from the OSCAM itself so it must be in the right format.
Besides I used it in my OSCAM without any problem.
It may need adjusting cazueala but that's always the case.
Even CCcamchannel info is not always up to date is it?RelookPVR

Just looked at the file and its called oscam.srvid.txt, you need to delete the .txt and chmod 644 for it to be compatable in oscam.
