800HD PVR Wont start at all after flashing failure

  • I dont get the "NO CA ERROR"
    The problem I have is that the box dont start at all.


    When I connect the power cord, nothing happens.
    The screen just flicker for 1sec.



    I searched a little on 8a8f8-forum. And found some good info.
    I found this picture;

    I have the readings on pin 1-8
    But I dont have the 5V on the pins in the upper right.


    The question is why...

    I didn't wanted to do a new thread about this.


    My box has the two LAN lights. But will not start.
    So I hope someone will give me a push in the right direction.


    I have measured the 8pins.
    And got the following result;


    Pin 1 - 1.22V With power - 638ohm - Without power - 60
    Pin 2 - 2.60V With power - 822ohm - Without power - 82
    Pin 3 - 3.30V With power - 838ohm - Without power - 104
    Pin 4 - 3.31V With power - 829ohm - Without power - 450
    Pin 5 - 5.01V With power - 946ohm - Without power - 101
    Pin 6 - 12.28V


    The two points above the USB port;
    Pin 1 - Gnd?
    Pin 2 - 0V 130 Ohm.



    I have also measured the U23, U24, U25 chips.
    And got the following result;


    U23
    Pin 1 - 1.25V
    Pin 2 - 1.25V
    Pin 3 - 1.25V
    Pin 4 - 1.85V
    Pin 5 - 12.27V
    Pin 6 - 12.27V
    Pin 7 - 12.27V
    Pin 8 - 12.27V


    U25
    Pin 1 - 0V
    Pin 2 - 0V
    Pin 3 - 0V
    Pin 4 - 4.18V
    Pin 5 - 1.2V
    Pin 6 - 1.2V
    Pin 7 - 1.2V
    Pin 8 - 1.2V



    U24
    Pin 1 - 6.2V
    Pin 2 - 4.2V
    Pin 3 - 0V
    Pin 4 - 0V
    Pin 5 - 4.98V
