vu+duo odd prolems ??

hi guys - got a vu+duo genuine , ive had the latest bh image running perfectly, until a few days a go, when all of a sudden i just got the "red light of death", anyway after searching the net , replaced capacitor c807 i think it was, switched on the vu+duo, ooted up and worked fine and after a few minutes screen went blank..no signal hdmi port 2...rebooted box, it just got stuck on starting..rebooted agin worked for a while then went off...no hmi signal,...now at this moment its went past starting and is stuck on "vu+duo" on the display...no hdmi signal on tv...seems its having intermittent problems, i tried to flash it again but as soon as put in the usb stick on any port, it says on display "finished remove usb and reboot" within 3 secs after reading usb....weird///looks like there may be some hardware problems ..any ideas ta

2 versions of BH for duo released past few weeks 2.1.3 v2 & 2.1.4, they recommend you set up swap file as newer images use a lot of ram, I'm using bh 2.1.3 v2
and at times ram usage is quite high, might account for your hdmi problems, try factory resetting box and re flashing then set up a swap file , it might help

cant seem to get it display picture so ii can go in settings and reset to factory settungs...also wont flash on any of the usb ports.....stuck on starting....

yes but i dont know the 192 address of the box....

if its stuck o starting , it wont have connected to my network, hence it wont show up under connected devices, my vu+uno and my my vu+solo are showing up but not this duo :06: i think its safe to say that the duo is fooked, well it goes on ebay soares or repairs will get another duo....anyone selling one ?

its not power supply problem as it powers up..

i found vuplus-image-bm750-20120203012328_usb original image, thought id try to flash it, surprisingly it flashed the image and went through the whole process of reading usb, erasinflash....and programming new image...however after removing usb and rebooting box its stuck on starting again...
